Privacy notice.
This page is short because there is not much to tell you. The waitlist form above is the only thing on this site that collects anything, and here is exactly what it does.
What we collect
- The email address you type into the form.
- Which form it came from — the top of the page, the bottom, or the one you see after a correction — so we can tell which one works.
- The time you submitted it.
Nothing else. No IP address is stored, no cookie is set, and no analytics or third-party request happens when you load this page or submit the form — the same claim the footer makes, and this notice is what backs it up.
Why
So we can write to you when OmniArc is ready to try. For nothing else — not marketing, not analytics, not sale or transfer to anyone.
Where it lives
A Postgres database on a server we operate, on a node in the European Union. It is not exposed to the internet; only the site process can reach it.
How long
Until you ask us to remove it, or until this waitlist itself is retired.
A brief exception, in memory only
To stop the form being flooded by a script, the server briefly counts submissions by IP address — up to five a minute. That count is discarded the next time anyone submits the form after its one-minute window has passed — sooner if the site is busy, later if it is quiet, but never because of a database or a log: it lives only in the server's memory and is never written or logged anywhere. Nothing about it persists.
Getting your address removed
Write to privacy@omniarc.eu and we will remove it within 30 days.
Who is responsible for this data (the "controller")
[[ PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name and registered address. OmniArc's country of incorporation is not yet decided, so this cannot be filled in truthfully; it will be replaced before launch. This bracketed line is not a real detail — do not treat it as one. ]]
